Biography

Dr. Rick Dina, D.C. has been studying and practicing whole food plant-based nutrition since 1987. After graduating from Life Chiropractic College, he practiced at True North Health Center from 1997 until 2001, helping patients recover from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, and other nutritionally related health challenges with fasting and whole food plant-based nutrition. He is the codeveloper and instructor of the highly acclaimed, 12-month Mastering Raw Food Nutrition online curriculum, with his wife Dr. Karin Dina, D.C. Drs. Rick and Karin are dedicated to teaching a functional and scientifically sound approach to whole food plant-based diets focused on fresh fruits and vegetables.
